The initial procedure before shampooing your extensions is to make sure the hairs are tangle-free. It’s best to use a wide toothed comb or detangling brush to remove tangles. But, avoid using long strokes.
Instead, start with small sections. Comb or brush starting from the hair ends and work your way up. Also, never comb or brush your hair while it’s still wet. This can cause breakage and pull more hair out.

Deep Conditioning
Your natural hair and scalp needs moisture. Using a deep conditioner twice a week or so ensures the health of your scalp. And as we know, a healthy scalp lends to healthy hair. In fact, argan oil is great for preventing frizz and it enhances your hairstyle.
Deep conditioning your extensions ensures they remain moisturized, soft, and nourished. We recommend to put your extensions in a shower cap to leave overnight. However, if they’re installed, wear the shower cap for 1 to 2 hours, then rinse. It’s best not to sleep in the shower cap and conditioner as it’ll make for a messy bed fellow.
